3/4 lb Ground beef
2 1/2 c Milk
1 c Yellow cornmeal
2 Egg; beaten
1 pk Spices & seasonings for
-Chili
1 ts Garlic salt
1 cn 14 1/2 Ounce tomatoes; cut
-up
1 cn 8 Ounce whole kernel corn;
-drained
2 1/4 oz Ripe olives; drained, sliced
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 tb Yellow cornmeal

In med. skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In med. bowl, combine milk, 1
cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well. Add ground beef and remaining
ingredients except cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; stir to mix. Pour into
12×8″ lightly greased baking dish. Bake in 350F oven 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; continue baking until cheese
melts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
