2/3 c Sugar
2/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c Plus 3 tablespoons
-margarine, softened
1/4 c Skim milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Butter flavoring
2 Eggs
3 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Vanilla-flavored milk chips
Vegetable cooking spray

Hi – As a chocolate lover I was pleased to find these recipes (and a few
more) on the cooking light website last evening. I haven’t tried them, but

1 Combine sugar and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl, and beat at medium
speed of an electric mixer until well blended.

2 Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to margarine mixture,
beating well. Add chips; stir well.

3 Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets coated with
cooking spray. Bake at 350 deg for 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Yield:
4-1/2 dozen (serving size: 1 cookie).
