1 c Margarine or butter, 1 t Baking soda
-softened (2 sticks) 1 t Ground cinnamon
1 c Firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 t Salt (opt)
1/2 c Granulated sugar 3 c QUAKER Oats (quick or
2 Eggs -old-fashioned, uncooked)
1 t Vanilla 1 c SUN-MAID Raisins
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour

1. Heat oven to 350’F.

2. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat
well.

3. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to margarine
mixture, mixing well.

4. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.

5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 350’F. for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.

7. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool
completely. Store in airtight container.
