Ingrients & Directions


TOPPING 1 {NOT THIS ONE
1 Ripe avocado; 1 Jalapeno pepper;
1/2 ts Garlic powder; -finely minced
1 ds Tabasco sauce; Matzo bread;

TOPPING 2
Matzo bread; 1 ts Paprika;
1 cn Tuna; 1 Cucumber; sliced
2 tb Mayo, homemade yeastfree 2 Tomatoes; sliced

TOPPING 1: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and
stir until mixed. Serve spread on matzo bread, or use as a dip for the
bread.

TOPPING 2: Preheat broiler. Break matzo bread into large pieces. Set
aside. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and paprika together. Spread tuna over matzo
pieces. Layer each piece with cucumber and tomato slices. Broil 3 minutes,
serve hot. Serves 2.
