Ingrients & Directions


1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Asian sesame oil
1/4 c Dry sherry or rice wine
2 tb Sugar
3 Green onions; chopped
3 Garlic cloves; chopped
1 ts Grated fresh ginger; may be
-doubled

Combine in the order listed. Marinate for up to 2 to 3 days.

Use on any meat, poultry or fish, but it’s especially good for little
chicken drummettes.

sweetened seasoned soy sauce- based mixture makes almost irresistible
