1/4 c Honey
2 tb Butter; melted
1 pk Frozen pound cake; thawed
-and cut into
; 10 slices (10.75
; ounces)
1 1/2 c Frozen whipped topping;
-thawed
1 qt Fresh strawberries; washed,
-hulled, and
; sliced
1/2 pt Fresh blueberries; washed

Preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, combine the honey and butter; mix
well. Brush half of the honey mixture over one side of each slice of cake
and place coated side up on a baking sheet. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or
until golden. Carefully turn over the slices and brush the uncoated side
with the remaining honey mixture. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated
through and golden. Place on a large serving platter or individual serving
plates and top each with the whipped topping, strawberries, and
blueberries.
