Ingrients & Directions


2 c Milk
4 c Dry Bread, torn in pieces
1/4 c Melted Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs, slightly beater
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Seeded Raisins
1 ts Cinnamon
(Optional)
Strawberries & whipped cream

1. Butter a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and set aside.

2. Heat milk to scalding and poor over bread. Lightly mix, then
allow to cool.

3. Add remaining ingredients, stir well, and pour into casserole dish.

4. Bake at 350?F for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted into
center comes out clean.

Serve warm. Even better when topped with fresh or frozen
Strawberries and whipped cream!
