1 cn (14-oz) evaporated milk
4 c Sugar
1 Jar (7-oz) marshmallow cream
1 (13-oz) sweet chocolate bar;
-grated
1 pk (12-oz) chocolate chips
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Chopped walnuts
4 1/2 c Sugar

Combine butter, sugar & milk. Boil 5 minutes; remove from heat & add
remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well and add nuts. Spoon into
buttered 9″ x 13″ & 8″ x 8″ pans. Cool and cut; makes 5 pounds.
