125 g Plain flour; (4oz)
1 pn Salt
1 Egg; size 3
300 ml Milk; (1/2 pint)

FOR THE FILLING
1 200 gram car full fat soft
-cheese; (7oz)
125 g Ham; chopped (4oz)
2 Bananas; peeled and sliced
2 tb Freshly chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper

FOR THE TOPPING
50 g Grated mozzarella cheese;
-(2oz)
Freshly chopped parsley

To make the pancakes, place the flour, salt, egg and milk in a bowl and
beat well.

Pour a little batter into a non-stick frying pan until the batter coats the
bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, loosen the edges and cook other
side for further 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Continue to make 6-8
pancakes.

Mix all the filling ingredients together, divide between each pancake, roll
up and place in an ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle with the cheese and place in a preheated oven 200 C, 400 F, Gas
Mark 6 for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Sprinkle with the parsley and
serve.
