Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 c Sifted all-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 2/3 c (one 28 oz. jar) None Such
Ready-to-use Mince Meat
1 cn Eagle Brand Sweetened
Condensed Milk
1 (1 lb jar) fruits and peels
1 c Chopped walnuts
Walnut halves
Red and green cherries

Butter a 9-inch tube pan. Line with waxed paper; butter again. Sift
flour and baking soda together. Mix eggs, mince meat, sweetened
condensed milk, fruit and nuts together. Fold in sifted dry
ingredients. Pour into baking. Bake in slow (300F.) oven two hours or
until done. Cool, remove paper. If desired, decorate with walnut
halves surrounded alternately with red and green cherries.
