I recently developed a knack for making biscuits, and found these two
recipes to be my favorites so far. The curried biscuits were particularly
delicious covered with a thick spicy lentil stew. Melted the snow outside
our door, honest!

To the flour add baking powder, salt and curry powder, and sift together
twice. Cut in butter, until mixture is coarse Add milk and blend to soft
dough. Drop by the spoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F
for around 12 min. Makes about 15 small biscuits. (The coconut milk is
highly recommended)
