Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 c All purpose flour
2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Dark brown sugar
1 c White sugar
1 1/2 c Salted butter (softened)
3 lg Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
1 lb Carrots (grated)
1/2 c Crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c Raisins
1 c Chopped walnuts

You need:

Heres what you do:

1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugars. Add
butter, one egg, and vanilla. After combined, beat on med. speed for
two minutes. ( It’s gonna be as thick as cookie dough!)

2. Add remaining eggs, beating for 30 seconds after the addition of
each one.

3. Add carrots, pineapple, raisins, and walnuts.

4. Bake in two greased and floured 9″ layer pans for about 60-70
minutes.

5. Cool in pans for ten minutes and then remove and allow to cool
completely.

6. Frost with your favorite CREAM CHEESE FROSTING.
