I’ve been experimenting with my Tierra dried chiles and my bread machine,
here’s one that came out pretty good:

The bread is a beautiful red and the habs give it heat, but I’ve found that
while the breads smell good from the machine, the flavors become so mild as
to be absent. Back to the laboratory…. Erica
