6 lg Apples (I use Granny
-Smith)
1 9″ deep dish pie shell
1 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 c Ground pecans

Pare apples; cut into slices and arrange in pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar
with cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut
in butter until crumbly. Add pecans and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400
degrees for 40-50 minutes.
