Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
1 c Oil
3 Eggs
3 ts Cinnamon
2 c White flour
1 c Wheat flour
1 c Bran flakes
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Zucchini, grated
1 c Nuts
2 ts Vanilla

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Makes two 9 x 5
inch loaf pans. It’s really as simple as it looks! This will also
make 3 medium size loafs. Omit the nuts if you like, it’s good
without them also. Recipe is from “Favorite Recipes From The Outer
