Zucchini Bread 1

3 Eggs
1 c Oil
2 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
2 c Grated zucchini
2 ts Vanilla
3 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Baking powder
3 c Flour
1 c Walnuts, optional

Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pans
(2). Bake for an hour at 350.
