IN A 9X9 BAKING PAN, MIX
1 1/2 c Flour
3 tb Cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt

WHEN THAT IS MIXED, ADD
5 tb Cooking oil
1/2 tb Vinegar
-(or less, the recipe calls
-for 1.0, but I cut it
-back)
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Cold water

Mix this *well*. If you don’t, you will get pockets of vinegar (yuck)

Bake @ 350 F for about 30 minutes (or until done)

This is a very quick, no animal product chocolate cake. It keeps well too.
