1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Mace
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Mashed,cooked sweet potatoes
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Nondairy creamer
2 tb Melted pareve margarine
1 9″ unbaked pie shell
Mix sugar, cinnamon, allspice, mace, and salt. Stir in sweet
potatoes. Combine eggs, water, nondairy creamer, and margarine. Add
to sweetpotato mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 F.
oven abt. 40 min., or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
