Swedish Ammonia Cookies (drommar)

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter 1 ts Vanilla
1 1/8 c Sugar ts Ammonia salt, scant ts`
2 c Enriched flour

Cream butter; add sugar and creamthoroughly, using an electric
beater if possible. Beat in sifted flour, ammonia salt, and vanilla.
Refrigerate for a few hours then shape into small balls and bake at
300 F. *JJ* 8/29/95
