Strawberry Tart Filling

Ingrients & Directions 1 qt Ripe strawberries 2 tb Sugar 1 ts Almond flavoring Strawberry frozen yogurt Italian Meringue Shells Stem strawberries and slice thickly. Combine in a bowl with sugar and almond flavoring. Fill meringue shells with strawberry frozen yogurt and top with the strawberries. Yields 8 meringues
