Ingrients & Directions 2 tb Whipped cream cheese 1 tb Raisins or dried cranberries 1 tb Chopped peanuts 5 Miniature caramel-flavored -or honey-nut ; rice cakes Combine cream cheese, raisins, and peanuts. Spread cream-cheese mixture between rice cakes, making a high stack. Yields 1 servings
