3 c better for bread flour
2 tb gluten
1 ts salt
1/8 ts baking soda
1 1/3 c pretzel sticks; thin/broken
1 in half
1 egg white
1 tb vegetable oil
12 oz light beer plus –
1/4 c water; heated
Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white
bread and push “Start” Containing no cholesterol and negligible
sugar; this exciting bread is perfect for party snacks or sandwiches.
