1 c Cooked sausage meat; minced 3 c Potatoes; mashed
1 Egg; Fine dry crumbs;
Combine the sausage meat, egg and potato; form into small flat cakes,
roll in the crumbs and saute in the sausage fat until browned on both
sides.
