Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions 1 c Sugar 1 c Coconut 2 Eggs 1 c Pecans 1 c Crushed pineapple or raisins Mix sugar and yolk. Add remaining ingredients except whites. Mix well and add beaten whites. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 until brown. Yields 1 Servings
