Ingrients & Directions

1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2/3 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
2 1/2 c Quick oatmeal
1 c Flour
1 c Coconut
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Soda dissolved in 2 T. hot
-water

Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven. Watch them
carefully because they burn easily. They usually take me about 9-10
minutes. Remove while they still look a little gooey.
Let them sit a minute before removing from pan.
