Mock Cherry Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 9-inch pie crust
1 c Cranberries; halved
1/2 c Raisins
1 c Sugar
1 ts Butter
2 tb Flour
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Boiling water

Place 1 crust in 9″ pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into
shell. Cover with remaining pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40
minutes or until crust is golden.
