Ingrients & Directions

18 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cn (14-oz) condensed milk
2 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Powdered sugar
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Chopped walnuts

In a one-and-a-hal-quart casserole dish, microwave the chocolate chips on
high for two minutes. Rotate dish a quarter turn, then microwave two more
minutes. Stir until smooth. (Microwave, one minute at a time more, if
necessary.) Blend in milk, vanilla, powdered sugar and salt. Blend well;
stir in nuts. Pour into pie pan lined with waxed paper, and spread evenly.
Chill; cut into one-inch squares.

My friend, Annegret, gave me this recipe while I attended the Michigan
School for the Blind. It’s very easy, and tastes like true chocolate fudge.
