—A—
8 oz Cheddar cheese – grated
8 oz Brick or Muenster cheese –
-grated
1 md Jalapeno pepper – grated;
-(remember to wear rubber
-gloves)
1/2 c Canned chopped green mild
-chili’s

—B—
3 lg Eggs – well beaten
3/4 c Whipping cream
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
1 pn Salt

Combine these “A” ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Combine these “B” ingredients and pour over cheese mixture and blend well.

Pour into buttered nine inch glass pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40
minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving with taco chips.
