Ingrients & Directions 1 c Grated coconut 1/2 c Sugar q cup fresh manioc, washed, peeled and grated (cassava) Mix all the ingredients and arrange into small servings wrapped in coconut leaves and tied with liane creeper. Cook on hot stones. Yields 6 Servings
