Linda’s Oatmeal (or Other Grain) Bread

1 1/3 c Water
2 tb Olive oil
1 1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Oatmeal (or other cereal to
-be cooked; such as seven
-grain)
2 3/4 c Bread flour
3 tb Sugar
2 tb Dry milk
2 1/2 ts Yeast

Put ingredients into bread machine pan in order according to your machine’s
directions (water first or last.) I prefer the light crust setting and it
will bake nicely in the quick mode. Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf.
