1 1/2 ts Grated lime zest,
-preferably Key Lime
-(1 lime)
1 tb Fresh or bottled
-unsweetened Key
-lime juice or lime juice
2/3 c Buttermilk
-LIME SYRUP:
1 c Sifted confectioners’ sugar
-+ extra for dusting cake
