Ingrients & Directions


2 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/2 c King Arthur white wheat
-flour
1 1/2 c King Arthur special (bread)
-flour
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Sour cream
1 c Milk
1 c Monterey jack; shredded
1/2 c Red bell pepper; cored,
-seeded & chopped
1/4 c Jalapeno pepper; cored,
-seeded & chopped

All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the
first 8 ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select “White Bread”.
Press “Start”. Add the remaining ingredients towards the end of final
kneading, when the “beeps” sound.
