1 1/2 c COCOA WAFERS 1/4 c MINT LIQUEUR
1/4 c BUTTER, MELTED 3 ts CACAO LIQUEUR
3 c MARSHMALLOWS, SMALL 1 1/2 c CREAM, WHIPPED
1/2 c MILK 1/4 c CHOCOLATE, GRATED
NOTE: Use chocolate cookie wafers to make crust. Creme de menthe and creme
de cacao are suggested for required liqueurs. Crush chocolate wafers till
very fine crumbs and add melted butter. Press evenly into an 8
marshmallows and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, till melted. Chill till
thickened. Gradually add liqueurs into marshmallow mixture. Whip cream, if
necessary. Fold 1 c of whipped cream into mixture. Pour into baked crust.
Garnish with remaining whipped cream and grated chocolate. Chill at least 4
hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.
