1 Egg
1/4 c Flour
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

-BANANA SAUCE-
2 tb Butter
1/4 c Light brown sugar; packed
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1 md Ripe banana; peeled,
-sliced 1/4″thick
