Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 Finely crushed pretzels
1/4 Lime juice
1/4 Sugar
4 Tequila
1/2 + 2 T. melted butter or m
2 Triple sec or other orange
14 Can sweetened CONDENSED
Milk
1 Red Food Coloring — option
1 Chopped fresh or thawed
Froz
1 Whipping cream — whipped

Combine pretzel crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press firmly on bottom and up
sides to rim of lightly buttered 9″ pie plate. In bowl, combine sweetened
condensed milk, chopped strawberries, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and
food coloring, if desired. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into
prepared crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before
serving. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers. — Makes one 9″ pie
MARGARITA PIE: Omit strawberries and red food coloring. Increase lime juice
to 1/3 c. and add green food coloring if desired. Proceed as above. Freeze
4 hours. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
