2 c Flour
3 tb Any type of oil (i use
-vegetable)
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
4 Big; very ripe bananas,
-mashed
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder

Beat the egg. Add the oil and sugar. Mix. Add to the mashed bananas. In
another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add this to the
wet mixture. That’s it. Bake about an hour at 350F or until a toothpick
comes out clean. Sometimes it 75 minutes. I use a 9×5 pan. You can add
almost anything. Sometimes I use walnuts or sunflower seeds. It’s much
better if kept refrigerated.
