TO MAKE ICING: In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, milk,
vanilla and almond extracts until smooth. Place the cookies together on wax
paper. Drizzle the tops of the cookies liberally with icing. Store cookies
in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
