Ingrients & Directions

4 Eggs 1/2 c Flour
2 1/2 c Milk 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Shredded coconut 1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/3 c Butter or margarine

Fresh fruit, sliced, (optional)

Mix together all ingredients, except fresh fruit for garnish, in a
blender or mixer. Pour coconut mixture into a greased 10 inch pie
plate. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. For a special presentation, garnish
with fresh seasonal fruit, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, etc.
