1 (9-inch) graham cracker
-crust
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese;
-softened
1 cn (14-oz) sweeten condensed
-milk
1/3 c Lemon juice from concentrate
1 ts Vanilla extract

OPTIONAL
1 cn (21-oz) cherry or blueberry
-pie filling

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweeten
condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into
prepared crust. Chill about 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount
of pie filling before serving. Keep chilled!
