Peanut butter cookies from
The dairy case
3/4 c Strawberry or any
Flavor preserves
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Dairy sour cream
1/4 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla
Slice cookie roll 1/4 inch thick; place slices in bottom of ungreased 13
x 9 pan. bake ag 375 for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cookie
dough will appear puffy when removed from oven, gently spread with
preserves. Mix remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour over preserves layer spreading filling to edges. bake at 375 for 25-30
minutes or until knife inserted in center Comes out clean. cool; cut into
dessert squares or bars.
