Ingrients & Directions

1 Stick oleo
3 sm Cans chicken; (tuna size
-cans)
1 pk (8oz) cream cheese
Onion to taste
2 Tubes refrigerator biscuist

Layer buscuits in an 8×12 baking pan. Melt oleo & cream cheese. Add onion
and chicken. Mix together very well. Pour over biscuits. Top with crushed
rice krispies or corn flakes. (we prefer the rice krispies because the corn
flakes get tough.)

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Last time I made it, I added a can of cream of chicken soup. It stretched
the chicken mixture – did not alter the taste. Otherwise I thought there
was too much biscuit for the chicken mixture.

Next time I make it, I’m going to try using Tuna and cream of mushroom
soup.
