Ingrients & Directions


1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 c Mashed ripe bananas (about 3
-large ones = 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Chopped nuts

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches, generously.

3. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into
pan.

4. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65
minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
