1/3 c Nonfat dry milk
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon

Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350
F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie = 1
bread, 1/2 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.
