1/4 lb Sausage, Italian (hot);slicd 1 Tomato; thinly sliced
16 oz Pork and beans 6 oz Cheese, mozzarelly; sliced
ds Oregano 1 tb Cheese, Parmesan; grated
1 Pizza shell (9″); unbaked
Cook sausage in skillet; drain and crumble. Combine sausage, beans,
and oregano.
Place pizza shell on baking sheet; spread with bean mixture. Bake at
400 degrees for 10 minutes. Arrange tomato and cheese slices over
beans; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 20 minutes
or until cheese browns.
