1 c Oil 1 ts Salt
3 Eggs 1 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar 1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Vanilla 1 ts Cloves
4 c Chopped Apples Glaze
1 c Chopped Nuts 1/2 Stick Butter
3 c Flour 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking Powder 1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 ts Soda 2 T Milk
Mix oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients togeather,add to oil
and egg mixture, mix well. fold in apples and nuts. Bake in a tube
pan at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min. remove from pan while warm and
glaze.
Mix glaze ingredients togeather and boil for 1 min, pour over cake
