Anita’s Italian Herb Bread

Ingrients & Directions 1 1 1/2 pound loaf 1 1/8 c buttermilk 3 c bread flour 1 1/2 ts salt 1 1/2 tb applesauce (oil) 1 tb sugar 1/2 c parmesan cheese 1/4 ts dried basil 1/4 ts dried oregano 1 1/2 ts yeast Crust light. Bake. Yields 1 servings
