1 Egg white
1 c Sugar
1 pk (10-oz) frozen strawberries,
-*, half thawed
*(you may use red raspberries) Combine all ingredients. Beat in electric
mixer for at least 30 minutes. Makes a delicious topping for a white cake.
But 30 minutes? Thank goodness for stand mixers. :-))
