Custard Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 9-inch pie crust
4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
3 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 450 Brush unbaked pie crust with egg white, set aside.
Scald milk, add sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into crust, bake for
10 minutes, reduce heat to 300 and bake for another 45-50 minutes.
