Carrot Cake (2 Layer) (10)

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Cooking oil
2 c Grated carrots
1 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Soda
1 c White sugar
1 c Dark brown sugar
2 c Self rising flour
4 Eggs
1 pn Salt

-ICING-
1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 Stick melted butter
1 c Chopped nuts
1 pk Powdered sugar

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add carrots, flour, salt,
cinnamon and soda. Fold in nuts. Bake at 30-35 min. in 2 X 9 layers.

ICING: Mix until smooth. Spread on cool cake.
