Ingrients & Directions
1 1/2 c Veg Oil 1 ts Soda
2 Eggs 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon
2 T Vanilla 3 c Diced Apples
3 c Flour 1 c Nuts
Cream OIl and Sugar, beat in Eggs and add Vanilla, Sift in Flour,
Soda, Salt and Cinnamon. Add nuts and fold in Apples. Pour into
Bunt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 deg.
